I made this card to teach at Basic Stamping at Scrappersaurus.  I really liked the sketch.  I think I will use it again.  I got all of the supplies at the store.  I embossed the stamped image  during the class since this one smeared.  Hope you like.  I am off to the hospital for 12 hours of work.

I am a lucky Sistah

Look what I got from my Bella Sistah, Mary.  I love the sentiments with the clear stamps.  Mary and I were having a diet contest.  I love the cloud on her card.  I am going to ink up Mwahbella this weekend.

Big Easy Infleunce

I have been busy getting some projects done for a class I am teaching at Pelican Park, our local  recreation department.  I got the class through Scrappersaurus.  This card is for the Basic Stamping Class.  I really like how it came out.  I made some thank you notes with these cards.

The Good Ol'e Summertime

This summer we decided to vacation in our home town.  We journeyed across Lake Pontchatrain to the Big Easy.  We spent 3 days in New Orleans.  The kids had a great time.  We went to the Insectarium, the Aquarium, the French Quater, rode on the streetcar and went down the Mississippi River on the Natchez Paddlewheel.  We enjoyed the the great food of our great city.  Since coming home I have been very busy doing some projects for Scrappersaurus Scrapbook store.  I will be back tomorrow to start showing you some.

July Bella Babe Contest

This month's Bella Babe contest was a color challenge.  You had to use black, white and either red or blue  I chose to use red.  I had gotten this paper at Scrappersaurus and really liked it.  I had made some cards for the store to display with this collection and when the contest was posted I knew what is going to use.  I have had this stampingbella stamp "Best Friends Forevah" for some time and was ready to ink it up.  I had bought it for Analynn's birthday invitations.  The image reminds me of my sister Stephanie and me growing up.  I think I will send this card to my mom.  She has been staying in New Orleans helping take care of one of my aunts.  She needs some happy mail when she gets home.   

Happy 4th of July

I worked today and we did not have any little firecrackers born today.  I made this card in honor of the 4th of July.  After I got off of work we took the kids to the lakefront to see the fireworks.  We saw some friends and had a nice time.  I found this ribbon at the scrapebook store.  I like how the card came out.  I used red flock embosing powder and white flock for the pompoms.  Pompomabella is one of my favorites.
